Victorian paper dress

Hello everyone.

Today I want to show You a dress I made from paper this spring. Although this is very challenging it was fun and I love making them.

The dress is created over a dress form and the ruffles are attatched to the underskirt.
To make this dress it takes around 40 hours.

I have added a parasol for an extra touch which also adds to the design.

Some closeups.

All the flowers, pearls, laces and trims are from Wild Orchid crafts.
I have used papers from Maja Design.

Hope you enjoyed this blog post.

Thank you for stopping by and comments are welcom.

  4. Utrolig lekker kjole. Du er helt rå med slike papirkjoler. Vet hvor mye kunnskap det krever om mønsterdesign og det å jobbe med papir som medium. Utrolig inspirerende og en fantastisk avansert prosjekt :) Klem fra meg
